How we use the details you send us through our websites. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Who we are
Sarpong Group Ltd is responsible for the personal data collected through sarpong.co.uk, gardens.sarpong.co.uk and waitlist.sarpong.co.uk. We are registered in England and Wales (company number 14838198), and our registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX. SARPONG®, its ventures and Sarpong Gardens are trading names of Sarpong Group Ltd. To ask anything about your data, email info@sarpong.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or join the Sarpong Gardens waitlist, we need your name and email address, what your enquiry is about and, for Sarpong Gardens, where you are based. A phone number and a message are optional.
Our websites set no cookies and use no tracking or advertising tools. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the sites secure and running.
Why we use it
- Enquiries: to reply to you and, if you want, to talk about working together. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering the people who write to us, and on taking the steps you ask for before any contract.
- The Sarpong Gardens waitlist: to tell you about Sarpong Gardens homes as they become available. We rely on your consent, which you give when you join, and you can withdraw it at any time.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you join the waitlist.
Who handles it for us
Three providers handle your details for us, only on our instructions: Vercel, which hosts the websites and runs the forms; Resend, which delivers each form to our inbox; and Microsoft, which runs our email. Vercel and Resend are based in the United States. Where your details are handled outside the UK, they are protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to two years after we were last in touch. If you become a client, we keep our business records for six years, as tax law requires.
- The waitlist: until the homes are released or you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, object to how we use them, ask us to limit their use, or ask for them in a form you can take elsewhere. To withdraw from the waitlist, or for any of these, email info@sarpong.co.uk. We reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
